Queer and neurodivergent-affirming trauma therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to be traumatic

If you've ever spent your therapy hour explaining how your brain works instead of actually healing, you're not alone.

Here, the way you process the world and communicate isn't a problem to solve. You can skip the translating and get to the work, with someone who's genuinely curious about you.

Healing is hard work. Feeling seen and safe in therapy shouldn't be

Hi. I'm Beth, a therapist for people whose trauma and neurodivergence are tangled together.

I understand that territory firsthand. My own AuDHD diagnosis came later in life, so I know what it's like to spend years contorting yourself to fit a world that wasn't built for your brain.

My work is rooted in feminist and decolonizing values. Rather than pathologizing your pain, we'll look at the larger systems that shaped it and make room for that in your healing.

Away from the therapy room, I'm usually at my pottery wheel, hanging out with my family, growing food on my small acreage, or foraging for wild mushrooms in the woods.
